The Moral Maze

Looking for some intellectual debate? I can recommend The Moral Maze to you, a radio programme on R4, though unfortunately not available yet as mp3/podcast (I've submitted a request to the BBC for this, but am not expecting much!)

"Michael Buerk chairs a live debate examining the moral issues behind one of the week's news stories: combative, provocative and engaging."

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/religion/moralmaze.shtml

The current one discusses climate change, and our personal responsibilities towards the earth. Do we have a moral obligation to switch our TVs off? Does all this carbon-neutral stuff make sense?

Have a listen..

Zooomr

Am trying to work out best way to host photos. Flickr is obviously the default, but Zooomr currently does Geotagging, where you specify where the photo was taken using Google Maps! Cool..

Blog from email

This is a test blog. In theory I can blog by sending a message to an email address. If this works, then it's true!

Welcome to my blog!

Idea is to use this to record my travels and allow people to see what I'm up to. Site was recommended by Ali. Apparently this site is better for managers and Wordpress for techies. So I ended up here!

Anyway, 85 days till I leave COLT. So much to do in that time. Should I keep the Mews room? The world travel needs a bit of thought. Which way round the globe to go? I'm thinking South America first, but there are all sorts of seasonal considerations. Also hoping to wrangle 2-for-1 on the RTW tickets with Ralfy, which is clearly a dodge, but may well be possible!

Wish me luck!
